Spring is in the Air

Ahhh…finally we have consistent sunshine, and the temperatures are warming. The bees are buzzing, the flowers are blooming, the birds are nesting, and the photographers are BUSY!!! There are just not enough hours in the day, and certainly not enough time to photograph all of the amazing nature that springs forth this time of year. There is just SO MUCH to do, it is almost overwhelming at times. I do look forward to every day this time of year. Rain or shine, you know you are going to get some spectacular light, and amazing subjects.

These shots are from some recent outings this Spring. All of them really signify Spring for me, as they all are busy doing what they do this time of year, and preparing for the coming months. The main image in this post is of a male Bushtit. It is in the correct orientation that I photographed it in, as the little fella was foraging for lunch and poking his little head out to keep an eye on those pesky photographers. 🙂 I hope you all are enjoying this season as much as me, and are getting outside to appreciate nature and all of the beauty it has to offer you. Just think, this is only the beginning of a GREAT Spring and Summer season ahead!!!
